Alexander Air provide a comprehensive call-out service and planned annual maintenance facilities to meet all your mechanical services requirements.
We can provide both a one-off service call-out for a fixed fee or a planned annual maintenance agreement designed to meet all your needs at competitive rates, allowing you to plan for your annual financial budgets.
Our maintenance services are available for both new installations and existing plant supplied and installed by others, as well as new and existing customers.
The key benefit of well maintained plant is in the prolonged life expectancy and in most cases a reduction in the likelihood of breakdowns occuring.
From the 4th July 2009, it became a legal requirment for all businesses that install, maintain or service stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and/or heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain F-gas refrigerants to obtain an F-Gas Company Certificate under the REFCOM scheme as introduced by the government.
Should the unfortunate occur, our customers can rest in the knowledge that as a valued customer they will receive priority service from our maintenance team, minimising the disruption to their business or home.
